Copyright

What is Copyright?

"Fundamentally, copyright is a law that gives you ownership over the things you create. Be it a painting, a photograph, a poem or a novel, if you created it, you own it and it’s the copyright law itself that assures that ownership."  Read more here about your rights if you are the owner of copyright.

Copyright expires 70 years after its first publication or 70 years after the death of a creator.

If you are the creator you automatically are covered by copyright law and others need to acknowledge your ownership.

Copyright infringement :

is the use of works protected by Copyright Law without permission.
